Wezeshwa na Safari Lager
Wezeshwa na Safari Lager is a program of Tanzania Breweries Limited through its Safari Brand. The program aimed at providing business development and expansion support to existing entrepreneurs by giving grants worth 200,000,000Tshs. 9738 applicants participated, 80 participants were pre-selected and finally 54 participants were taken through a thorough business expansion training conducted in four regions of Dar es salaam, Mwanza, Mbeya and Arusha simultaneously. TAPBDS Co.Ltd began its involvement from the Sifting stage, Validation stage and the Training stage. The program aimed at enabling the entrepreneurs to be able to employ more, increase their profit margin and extend the benefits of their business to the society. As a symbol of our uniqueness we formed alumni of all the successful entrepreneurs in all regions who we keep assisting and consulting them on how best to grow their business. The first phase of the program commenced on November 2011 and phased out on April 2012.
ILO Kazi NjeNje Programme:

The Unleashing African Entrepreneurship initiative is built on an integrated approach to youth entrepreneurship development based six strategic areas of intervention where packages of assistance are offered to young existing and would-be entrepreneurs, complementing training with advisory services, mentorship, and access to finance along with capacity building of youth organizations to promote entrepreneurship development.
10 MONTHS CONTRACT ON IMPLIMENTING KAZI NJE NJE PROGRAMME:
Kazi Nje Nje Program of the International Labour Organization’s Youth Entrepreneurship Facility. The program aimed at promoting entreprenurship to Out-of- School Youth including provision of training on How to Generate Business Ideas and How to Start Business (Business Plan Preparation). The program also had business plan competitions at district levels and finally at national level.
Preparation, Organization and Management of the Business Plan Competition in twelve districts in Tanzania. This task was undertaken in twelve districts in Tanzania where Business Plans were assessed and judged in Regional wise to get 3 winners at Regional level, who later competed at National Level.
Covered Districts: Kibaha,Bagamoyo,Handeni,Singida,Mtwara,Lindi,Magu,Urambo,Unguja ,Tabora na Mbeya.
Our Work : was to Promote Entrepreneurship among youth, Train entrepreneurship skills, mentorship and follow up services, Create network and Organize Business Plan Competition among Entrepreneurs in 11 districts
Youth to Youth Fund (Y2Y Fund) :

YOUTH 2 YOUTH FUND (Y2Y)
The Youth-to-Youth Fund offers local youth-led organizations an opportunity to actively participate in the development of youth entrepreneurship in their communities. It supports small-scale youth entrepreneurship development projects implemented by youth-led organizations.
The Youth-to-Youth Fund was created as a mechanism to identify, test and promote innovative entrepreneurship solutions to youth employment challenges.
Objective: Training of Funded Groups on entrepreneurship and Business Development Skills as well as conducting Monitoring and Evaluation to the Project.
Our Work was to train these funded youth organizations entrepreneurship skills in order to realize their potential and use innovative ideas in entrepreneurship development. In 2011 we managed to train 60 youths to each Youth led group in 5 granted districts.
